CDO’s Tennis Prodigy takes home Bronze in Palarong Pampook 2023

Glee Estelle Juario, dubbed Cagayan de Oro’s “teen prodigy” won her first two games with a score of 8-0 against Iligan City, and 8-5 in the quarter-finals against Malaybalay City at the Palarong Pampook held at Gingoog City’s Gaisano Grand Mall last May 4-6, 2023.
With a score of 8-0, Juario outlasted her final opponent in the division meet at Nazareth Lawn Tennis court in Cagayan de Oro City last March 2023.
Juario failed to advance to the Palarong Pambansa but showed the true Spartan Spirit. Eventually, Juario went home victorious by securing the bronze medal for Cagayan de Oro City.
