Honoring Excellence: USTP Claveria praises FASMIN 2025 Achievers

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Claveria, Misamis Oriental (USTP Claveria) proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of its student delegates and coaches from the College of Agriculture during the Monday convocation on February 17, 2025. Their remarkable performance at the Federation of Agriculture Students in Mindanao (FASMIN) 2025, held at Central Mindanao University from February 3-7, 2025, showcased their dedication and excellence.


Among 16 participating institutions across Mindanao, the USTP Claveria team secured an impressive 1st runner-up award, a testament to their commitment and hard work. Their success brought pride and admiration to the USTP Claveria community and the entire network of participating colleges and universities.


This achievement was made possible through the unwavering support of USTP Claveria’s leadership. USTP Claveria Chancellor Dr. Renato O. Arazo, College of Agriculture Dean Dr. Charly G. Alcantara, and Vice Chancellors of USTP Claveria Dr. Alexander L. Ido, Dr. Dennis T. Yamuta, Dr. Argin A. Gulanes, and Dr. Eric Randy R. Politud, along with the dedicated FASMIN 2025 coaches, played a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the team to success.

More than just an individual accomplishment, this milestone reflects the spirit of collaboration, resilience, and academic excellence that defines USTP Claveria.
