Love is in the Air: USTP Claveria SSC spearheads a Valentine's Day celebration

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Claveria, Misamis Oriental (USTP Claveria) was filled with delightful joy for the Valentine’s Day celebration held on February 14, 2025, spearheaded by the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of USTP Claveria.
The SSC transformed the library grounds and student lounge into vibrant hubs of fun and camaraderie. From exciting activities like the “Blind Date” and “Love Chain” booths, where students connected in playful and unique ways, to lively games that encourage interaction, the event focused on fostering meaningful bonds.
At the heart of the celebration was the spirit of togetherness. Students took center stage, showcasing their talents through vocal and duet performances, while photo booths across the campus captured smiles and shared moments. Student organizations also joined, hosting engaging activities to ensure everyone felt included. One of the standout features was the “Wedding Booth” in the Student Lounge, where students participated in playful mock wedding photo sessions, adding a lighthearted touch to the festivities.
The objective was clear: to create a day filled with joy, laughter, and connection — and the SSC certainly delivered. From the lively atmosphere to the shared experiences, USTP Claveria’s Valentine’s Day celebration left students with lasting memories and stronger bonds. It was a day when love was genuinely celebrated in all its forms.
