New leadership set for USTP FASPA-USO for FY 2026–2027

The Faculty and Support Personnel Association – Unified Set of Officers (FASPA-USO) of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) System officially inaugurated its new set of leaders for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026–2027.
On February 4, 2026, the newly elected officers took their formal oath of office, administered by University System President Dr. Ambrosio B. Cultura II, at the Office of the University System President, Administration Building, USTP Cagayan de Oro. The ceremony formally marked the start of their term.
Leading the organization is Ms. Fritzie B. Salado, who will serve as President. She is supported by a dedicated team of Vice Presidents from various campuses, reflecting broad representation across the USTP system.
The new set of officers includes:
President: Ms. Fritzie B. Salado
VP for Alubijid: Ms. Mitch Magsayo
VP for Balubal: Ms. Sarah Superable
VP for Claveria: Dr. Ma. Liza Manliquez
VP for CDO: Mr. Dexter Duat
VP for Panaon: Ms. Lucille Tare
VP for Jasaan: Mr. Cielo Bendoy
VP for Oroquieta: Mr. Conmar Malmis
VP for Villanueva: Mr. Freedie Oclaman
Secretary: Mr. Greg Pegarro
Treasurer: Ms. Rosielyn Delmo
Auditor: Ms. Alma Rafinan
With their oaths formally administered, the new officers are set to begin their mandate, with a shared goal of fostering a stronger and more supportive environment for faculty and support personnel across the USTP system.
