During the post-site visit meeting at the Research and Development Office (RDO) of the USTP Agila S&T Park, RD Cariño shared the significance of pushing for inclusive development, highlighting innovation, which is among the main thrusts of the University. She said,

She also said that the USTP Agila’s location is essential in bringing development away from Cagayan de Oro City and towards Misamis Occidental and Lanao del Norte. This is all part of the RDC-X’s goal of attaining inclusive development by inviting investors to put up an integrated skill mill in PHIVIDEC in the east (Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental) and the USTP Agila S&T Park in the west (Alubijid, Misamis Oriental).
