  • Best Project Award in Cluster 3 & Best Overall Project: Dressmaking Skills Training Program

  • Most Sustainable Project Award: Robotics and Intelligent Systems Program for Secondary School Teachers

  • Best Impact and Relevance Award: Innovations in Technology for Education Convention (iTEC)

Leading the evaluation were Mr. Salm Kairo Dumalang of Liceo de Cagayan University, Dr. Ray Butch D. Mahinay of City College of Cagayan de Oro, and Mr. Alven L. Gomez of Northern Bukidnon State College, who also served as guest speakers and evaluators during the review.

The annual In-House Review aims to assess, recognize, and strengthen the quality and impact of extension initiatives implemented by the different colleges of USTP CDO. It serves as a platform for project teams to present their accomplishments, share best practices, and receive constructive feedback from a panel of external evaluators. Through this activity, the University seeks to enhance program effectiveness, ensure alignment with institutional goals and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.

The recognition of these community projects reflects USTP’s unwavering commitment to community empowerment, innovation, and sustainability, advancing the SDGs through meaningful extension work that extends beyond the walls of the academe.
