The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Claveria, Misamis Oriental (USTP Claveria), officially concluded the two-day Year-End Evaluation of Programs and Accomplishments for all accredited student organizations for Academic Year 2024–2025. The event was held on June 19–20, 2025, at the Audio-Visual Room, USTP Claveria.

This annual activity aimed to assess the various initiatives, programs, and projects of recognized student organizations over the past academic year. More than just a requirement, the evaluation served as a space for reflection, looking back on the achievements, challenges, and growth of student-led groups across the campus.
Day 1 began with the first batch of student organizations presenting their accomplishment reports. Each group shared their experiences, the impact of their activities, and the lessons they gained along the way. The same energy was carried into Day 2, where the remaining organizations completed their presentations and actively participated in the feedback process.

To recognize the efforts of the student organizations, certificates of recognition were awarded to each group, along with a token of appreciation in the form of a ream of bond paper—a practical gift for their continued service to the student body.

The Office of Student Affairs extends its heartfelt gratitude to the evaluators: Mr. Jan Brylle Galarion, Ms. Jackielyn Abao, and OSA Director Dr. Lindylou M. Yamuta, for their time, valuable insights, and unwavering support for student leadership and development.
This event may have marked the end of the academic year, but it also signals a new beginning for better, more empowered, and more responsive student organizations in the future.
