USTP Jasaan honors first batch of newly registered Naval Architects

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental (USTP Jasaan) proudly honors its first-ever batch of Registered Naval Architects through a testimonial dinner at Sophie Red Hotel, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental on November 7, 2025.
The exemplar trailblazers are: Engr. Joevan O. Balangkig, Engr. Karl Cedrhic A. Gumpal, Engr. Ronamie I. Peritos, Engr. Nelio Peroso Jr, Engr. Marion Rowie C. Salvador; and, Engr. Daniel John A. Taborada.
The event gathered distinguished guests, including Atty. Erwin B. Bucio, PhD, Vice President for Administration and Legal Affairs; Engr. Roberto M. Quicio, Vice President and General Manager of PICMW; Mayor Redentor S. Jardin of Jasaan; and Dr. Ruel S. Salvador, Acting Campus Director of USTP Jasaan who all shared words of recognition and encouragement for the new naval architects.
Their success marks a significant milestone of USTP in its commitment to its mission in bridging education to the economy.
