MORESCO-1 General Manager Engr. Jovel Ubay-ubay, Head of the Power Institute of USTP Engr. Christopher Dolino and WTC Foundation, Inc. Executive Director EnP. Wilson Hormeguera sign the MOA.
A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed on the Design of Electrical Distribution System of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Alubijid. The MOA signing was led by the Head of the Power Institute of USTP Engr. Christopher Dolino, MORESCO-1 General Manager Engr. Jovel Ubay-ubay, and William T. Crisp (WTC) Foundation, Inc. Executive Director EnP. Wilson Hormeguera.
The event signifies a huge milestone for both the academe and the electric cooperative. The activity was hosted by MORESCO-1 at the Emmanuel Pelaez Training Center (EPTC) in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.
USTP Alubijid has started accepting enrollees and development of the AGILA Science and Technology Park has commenced in the area.
Aside from the Design of Electric Distribution System of USTP Alubijid, the three parties have agreed on providing capacity building for the faculty of the Electrical Engineering department of USTP Cagayan de Oro.
