The event aimed to enhance teamwork skills and promote social responsibility in a rapidly changing world.
The summit drew a wide range of participants, including community leaders and representatives from prominent student organizations such as Active Certified Computer-Enhanced Student Society (ACCESS), the Red Cross Youth (RCY), University Student Government (USG), Prime Association of Future Educators (PAFE), Association of Food Processing and Technology Students (AFPROTECHS), Society of Information Technology Enthusiasts (SITE), and class representatives from different class sections.
The participants engaged in sessions focused on transformational and ethical leadership, effective communication and teamwork, decision-making and problem-solving, and mental wellness, resilience, and leadership in action.
The Trailblazers’ Leadership Summit 2025 provided students with an opportunity to reflect on their leadership journeys, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and connect with fellow leaders across the campus. This initiative underscores the campus’s commitment to fostering holistic student development, emphasizing that leadership is not just a position but a responsibility to serve, inspire, and create positive change.
