Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PME) Officers represented the University in attendance at the Zonal Orientation/Workshop on the Guidelines for the Updating of the Public Investment Program (PIP) 2023-2028 and the Formulation of the Three-Year Rolling Infrastructure Program (TRIP) for Fiscal Years 2025-2027 as Inputs to the FY 2025 Budget Preparation held last October 10, 2023.

The PMEs in attendance were Ms. Elva S. Maramara, Director of the USTP Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Office, and Ms. Precyfel Ann L. Jampit, Data Analyst of the USTP System Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Office.

The event oriented the participants to guidelines for the enrollment of projects for the upcoming years. Important inputs were discussed with the attendees to ensure smooth project implementation.

The orientation was led by the Commission on Higher Education, with the presence of various Regional Directors of both planning and quality assurance teams.

The orientation was a collaborative effort of different government agencies and institutions to advance development in the public sector. The one-day activity was held at the Grand Meng Seng Hotel, Davao City.
