USTP strengthens faculty and personnel service through FASPA’s new office

In enhancing support services for faculty and personnel, the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Cagayan de Oro (USTP CDO) officially inaugurated the new office of the USTP Faculty and Support Personnel Association (FASPA) through a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Ground Floor of the LRC Building, USTP Cagayan de Oro, on February 27, 2026.

Dr. Ambrosio B. Cultura II, University System President, led the launching ceremony and highlighted that the establishment of the office creates greater opportunities for collaboration and partnership. Dr. Cultura also noted that the initiative will further enhance FASPA’s service programs and services dedicated to faculty and personnel development. He emphasized that the project contributes to strengthening USTP’s innovation ecosystem, where faculty and staff play a vital role. 

The newly established FASPA office reinforces USTP’s commitment to delivering quality services to its stakeholders, both within the university and in the wider community.
