The attendees raised the challenges they faced, which included administrative processes, communication flow between offices, and additional workforce and equipment to support the needs of the campuses. Dr. Cultura acknowledged the gravity of the concerns faced by the personnel and outlined several action points to address their issues effectively. These include the establishment of a committee to review the faculty salary disbursement process, the enhancement of the flow of communication between the different offices to ensure prompt and clear feed backing, and the deliberation of the needs of the campus programs in response to Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) specifications.

During the visit, Dr. Cultura also encouraged the faculty members to pursue research, complete their master’s degree, and advance to a doctoral degree for professional development.
