Rhea Suzette Haguisan has been in the academe right after she graduated from her computer science degree in university. She started as a college instructor and has been actively teaching ever since. It was just two years ago when she also dabbled in the startup scene, the first in the university and the city. The university was given funding by the Department of Science and Technology in the hopes to spark the startup ecosystem amongst students and the city with the establishment of the Technology Business Incubation (TBI) hub. Since then she became a TBI Manager and a Project Leader of the USTP Digital Incubation Hub where they were able to nurture startups and budding entrepreneurs inside and outside the university. Rhea is also a YSEALI alum in Economic Empowerment and one of the Southeast Asia Women of 2020. Currently, she is the manager of the Business Unit of the Technology, Promotions and Commercialization Offie of USTP.

Vilma Villa is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Accounting and nearly two decades of experience in the business industry. After voluntarily separating from the insurance industry, she pursued entrepreneurship and part-time college instruction for five years, further enriching her journey in education and business. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, she is committed to educating students holistically, integrating real-world industry experience into teaching Accountancy, Business, and Management. She is also a certified Trainer in Bookkeeping and an Assessor in TESDA. With a strong belief in the balance of life and the grace of God, she also served as a Guidance Advocate for five years while teaching Senior High School under ABM strand in DepEd for six and a half years.
