DepEd-ALS culminates Computer Literacy Training Program 2022 in USTP Panaon

The USTP-DepEd ALS Computer Literacy Program officially culminated with excellence last June 4, 2022, in Panaon, Misamis Occidental. Forty (40) ALS students received their Certificate of Completion after participating in and finishing the entire training program.

The said training program started last April 30, 2022, and involved two (2) batches of trainees with twenty (20) participants per batch. The training covered four (4) modules, which lasted forty (40) hours in total. Participants spent ten (10) hours each for the following modules:

  1. Module 1: Introduction and Net Exploration
  2. Module 2: MS Word
  3. Module 3: MS Excel
  4. Module 4: MS PowerPoint

IT faculty facilitated the training while ALS personnel took charge of food distribution.

Mr. Rey G. Salcedo, the ALS District In-charge, and Dr. Leny Q. Anasco, the Acting Campus Director of USTP Panaon, delivered their messages of commitment and gratitude during the closing ceremony.

Focal persons then heard an outpouring of appreciation from the participants when they shared their unforgettable journey in the training program.
