Northern Mindanao Food Innovation Center, USTP TPCO to present new food product research outputs

The Northern Mindanao Food Innovation Center (NMFIC) of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) beacons all food manufacturing companies, researchers and food technologists or anyone interested to know about the latest food innovation to join the “Virtual Food Innovation Pitch: A Showcase of the USTP Food Technologies for Commercialization” on April 28, 2021, 1:30 to 4:00 PM via Zoom.

For presentation are the new food product research outputs of NMFIC in partnership with the Technology Promotions and Commercialization Office (TPCO) of USTP, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), DOST Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD), United States Agency for International Development and Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation for Development (USAID STRIDE), and the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The new marketable food technologies include:

  8. Color Stable Chili Garlic Oil

These food technologies are ready for commercial adoption and will be promoted to potential investors.
