USTP Balubal holds fun run to boost school spirit and wellness

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Balubal, Cagayan de Oro (USTP Balubal) successfully conducted the Trailblazer Fun Run 2026 as the culminating activity of the PATHFit program for first- and second-year students on May 4, 2026, at the Balubal Covered Court, Barangay Balubal. The event was spearheaded by the campus physical education instructors in collaboration with the Supreme Student Council and partner student organizations.

The activity formed part of the flagship annual event, BAROG Trailblazers, highlighting physical fitness, student engagement, and campus unity. It gathered participants from the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), and Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) programs. Students, faculty, and non-teaching personnel participated in a fun run to kick off the program. Participants wore color-coded shirts corresponding to their distance categories, creating a vibrant and organized atmosphere throughout the activity.
