USTP inks MOU with UTMSPACE

On August 22, 2023, the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia School of Professional and Continuing Education (UTMSPACE) via hybrid mode.

The said Memorandum includes initiatives such as student academic and research staff exchange and mobility; research projects in scientific and academic fields; international webinars, seminars, workshops, conferences, and trainings.

Dano, Director for International Affairs; Dr. Maribel S. Tizo, International Affairs Coordinator of USTP Claveria, as well as other key officials of the University were present at the USTP boardroom during the MOU signing. The Chief Executive Officer, Prof. TS. Dr. Nazri Ali, and key officials of UTM participated in the MOU signing via Zoom.

The partnership between USTP and UTM SPACE will enhance academic and research cooperation between the two institutions and provide opportunities for students and faculty to engage in international exchange programs and research collaborations.
