USTP Panaon, ASO hold TES-TDP Grantees’ Meeting

On October 20, 2023, the Admission and Scholarships Office (ASO) of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Panaon, Misamis Occidental, conducted a meeting with the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees. The meeting aimed to discuss and address concerns, share updates on RA 10931 programs, and orient the salient provisions of TES and TDP guidelines.
Dr. Leny Q. Añasco, the Acting Campus Director of USTP Panaon, conveyed an inspirational message to the grantees, emphasizing the significance of treasuring their roles as beneficiaries and highlighting their remarkable fortune among the 1,300 enrolled students at the University. The Admission and Scholarships Office (ASO) Coordinator, Ms. Judielyn L. Cualbar, and the staff provided comprehensive updates on the TES and TDP programs. Updates included policy changes, disbursement schedules, eligibility criteria, and grantee responsibilities.
The ASO allotted ample time for students to voice their concerns or ask questions, which the ASO Coordinator and staff were available to clarify. The office also shared plans for the TES and TDP programs.
The Admission and Scholarships Office closed the meeting by expressing gratitude to the attendees for their active participation.
