USTP Villanueva presented to the teachers of Villanueva National High School (VNHS) the USTP Admission Process. USTP Villanueva started its academic year last 2019 – 2020 and offers three programs, namely: BS Information Technology (BSIT), BS Technology and Communication Management (BSTCM), and BS Electro-Mechanical Technology (BSEMT). In order to be enrolled in any of these programs, a Grade 12 student or a high school graduate must pass the admission test of USTP Villanueva. However, based on the existing profile of enrolled students of USTP Villanueva, there are only a few coming from the different public high schools. The data opened the opportunity for USTP Villanueva to collaborate with the Department of Education Villanueva District to increase the number of high school graduates who will be enrolled in the different curricular offerings of USTP.
USTP Villanueva Acting Campus Director Mr. Colbert G. Rabaya and USTP CDO Extension and Community Relations Division Director Dr. Maria Teresa M. Fajardo delivers the opening and closing remarks respectively.
The three day event was hosted by Technology Communication Management (TCM) Faculty, Ms. Mayer Mia Bautista, with around 70 Participants from Villanueva National High School (VNHS) headed by their School Principal, Dr. Marife D. Balaba.
