In line with the Wellness and Values Enhancement Program initiated by the USTP Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Guidance Services conducted “Becoming a Trailblazer,” a character formation webinar, for the students of the USTP Alubijid – Main Campus on November 24, 2023.

The webinar sought to orient and re-orient the new and old students on the USTP Core Values (Unselfish Dedication, Social Responsiveness, Transformational Leadership, and Prudence) to foster holistic personal growth with a deep sense of mission, service, and leadership.

Four USTP alumni, Engr. Danica G. Tacbas, Engr. Jasper A. Jementiza, Engr. Wilfred J. Sevilla, and Ms. Sarah C. Visande, RGC, were invited as guest speakers to share how the University molded them to attain the USTP core values , and how these values influence their lives.

Attended by 107 students via Zoom, the webinar garnered a positive response with an average rating of 4.74 (Outstanding). Students also gave positive comments.
