USTP Oroquieta, DepEd conduct orientation on experiential learning courses for pre-service teachers

From the DepEd Misamis Occidental Division, Joan T. Ondona, Education Program Specialist II–HRD, discussed DepEd policies, while Marianne April Abelo-Buta, PDO I and Division LRP Focal, tackled the Child Protection Policy. Meanwhile, the DepEd Oroquieta City Division was represented by Francis J. Buac, Chief Education Supervisor, CID; Loreto D. Cabural, Education Program Supervisor for Mathematics; Lawrence T. Pastrano, Guidance Officer; and Solly E. Namocatcat, Education Program Supervisor for Science, who discussed Experiential Learning, learning competencies, Child Protection and Anti-Bullying, and classroom assessment. The sessions also featured open forums where student-teachers were able to raise questions and gain practical insights into their roles and responsibilities during their field practice.
