PREAMBLE
We, the MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF SOUTHERN PHILIPPINES ALUMNI FEDERATION, imploring the aid of Divine Providence, in order to organize into a strongly united body, promote mutual respect and cooperation to establish camaraderie, advance common welfare, and achieve for ourselves and our posterity the blessings of freedom, justice, liberty and democracy, do openly declare and promulgate this Constitution and by-laws of the Alumni Federation.
